Today, it’s all about super smoothies to build an incredible immune system. Now, this is part one of two videos. Part two is gonna be what is your immune system? How does it work? How can you help it work for you? How can you not let it work against you?

I used to just think everybody just knew how to make a smoothie, but I have so many new coaching clients that are asking me how to make a smoothie.

So this healthy smoothie recipe starts with a liquid. You could use water, which is what I recommend. You could use nut milk, you can use juice, but I don’t want you to. Too much sugar. No nutritional value. So don’t do it.

Now, let’s start with greens. We need greens in our diet. And I’ve done a video on healthy greens to put into your smoothie during the Daniel Fast. You can use celery, some spinach, and some kale. These are excellent smoothie greens

I would also add some peas because it contains healthy starch. I’ll also add in asparagus and dandelion greens.

Next, let’s add some fruit. It can be anything from an orange, an apple, or a mango. Then, you want to put in some antioxidants to your smoothie. This is why we’ll add in some blueberries.

You may also want to mellow out the flavors with this best smoothie recipe with banana. This will also make it nice and creamy.

And don’t forget to put some ginger, some flaxseed, some nuts.

Next up, protein powders. Protein is all about healing the gut, so you want to put that in your smoothie, too.

Blend it all up, and you’ll have a powerful, healthy smoothie recipe to help build your immune system.
