Starting off this series with my go-to smoothie :

Smoothie #1
– 2 ice cubes
– Mixed Berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry)
– Kale (bought fresh, then frozen)
– Peanut Butter (unsalted)
– Vegan Protein Powder (pea and chickpea protein)
– Pea Protein Milk (half cup)
– Splash of water
