Because of its high concentration of antioxidants and necessary minerals, blue spirulina, an algae-based superfood, has gained worldwide fame. It’s also a delight to eat because of its stunningly brilliant blue hue! It’s great as a nutritious post-workout meal or as part of a healthy morning routine.
