SMOOTHIES VS. JUCING + A YUMMY SMOOTHIE RECIPE | Vegan Michele
Hello!
Ever wonder what the differences are between juices and smoothies? Well in this video I’ve got you covered. I go over some pros and cons of both and share a lovely smoothie recipe that I have been really enjoying lately. SMOOTHIE RECIPE
2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
3-4 cups greens of your choice (I used rainbow chard and kale)
2 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup wild blueberries (frozen)
1 ripe nectarine or peach (pitted)
2 cups frozen mango
Juice the oranges. Then put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
