Which of these options is better for you?

Well, when it comes to juices, it’s easy to get vitamins and nutrients in them, however they’re usually very low in fiber.

So when you drink a large glass of juice, you’ll get all the vitamins and minerals you need, BUT without the fiber you’re just drinking pure sugar.

With smoothies, it’s like you’re actually drinking the entire fruit.

When you drink the entire fruit, you’re not taking the fiber out.

So when you consume the sugar from the fruit with the fiber in it, it acts as a complex carbohydrate.

If I’m asked the option between a juice and a smoothie, I’m always going to pick the smoothie.
