1/4 CUP COLD BREW
1/4 CUP MILK OF CHOICE
2 TBSP OF YOUR FAVE PROTEIN POW
1 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP OR SWEETENER YOU LIKE
Blend on MED-HIGH until smooth!
