In this video, we’ll look at a study of over 96,000 adults, in which the vegans and vegetarians were found to have nearly as high of a protein intake as the non-vegans, or meat eaters in the study. This helps to prove that you can get enough plant-based protein when on a plant-based diet. We’ll also look at how they were getting higher levels of protein than some other vegan groups.
