Vegan Burgers from Pulp of Cold Pressed Juices part 1/2



Why bother buying processed vegan burgers when you can make them on your own from the pulp of your homemade fresh pressed juices if your are juicing at home? I discovered when I bought vegan burgers from the supermarkets most of the time they were loaded with ingredients that had preservatives and words I couldn’t even pronounce. This recipe is from whole food ingredients, is easy to make, and is light and healthy and tasty!!

Recipe:
Pulp of Beetroot and Carrot
Nutritional Yeast
Sea Kelp Sprinkles
red onion finely chopped
chick pea flour
sea salt
black pepper
parsley flakes
chili flakes
little water
