SMOOTHIE #1
2-4 dates, pitted
1 cup pineapple, frozen (150g)
juice of ½ lemon
1-2 handful of fresh baby spinach
a handful of ice
SMOOTHIE #2
2-3 bananas, frozen
2-5 dates (depends on your preferred level of sweetness)
1 tsp green powder of choice (matcha, spinach powder, barley juice grass powder)
a handful of ice
2 tbsp oats
1 cup light coconut milk (250ml)
SMOOTHIE #3
1 mango
1 orange
½ cup vegan yogurt (125ml)
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
1 tsp chia seeds
a handful of ice
SMOOTHIE #4
2 bananas, frozen
½ cup pineapple, frozen (75g)
⅓ cup peas, frozen (50g)
a handful of fresh spinach
1 tsp flax seeds
1 cup water (250ml)
→ toppings for your smoothie bowl (granola, berries etc.)

2 plums/peaches/nectarines
a handful of frozen berries
1 banana
1 handful of fresh spinach
frozen spinach
1 cup oat milk (250ml)
juice of ½ lemon
