Hello everyone! This is my first of many fitness vlogs! I hope you enjoy this what I eat in a day as a VEGAN teenager! I hope you love these videos and want to see more what I eat in a day with my vegan/plant based diet and lifestyle. Living healthy and eating vegan is very important to me so I am so happy to share this with you! These are easy vegan meals that anyone can do whether you’re a vegan teenager or not. This is also a great way to get in shape for summer, tone up, or lose weight. Eating healthy and vegan is a lifestyle change for the better! There are many variations of the vegan diet, you can do raw til 4 which includes a raw diet and some days I will do that and I can show you what to eat on a raw vegan diet. Other days I will just show you standard vegan what I eat in a day which shows how to eat vegan. If you need to know what is vegan or what is vegetarian I have an entire video about that! These vegan meals, simple vegan meals, are delicious! How to start being vegan is a concern no more!
