MORNING: a cup of warm ginger+cinnamon drink

BREAKFAST#1
– baby spinach
– bananas
– wheatgrass powder
-frozen acai
-coconut flesh
-coconut water

BREAKFAST#2
-baby spinach
-bananas
-chia seeds
-raw oats
-frozen acai
-coconut water

LUNCH (nori rolls):
-Pea shoots
-Cherry tomatoes
-Avocado
-Baby spinach
-Lettuce
-mushrooms

soysauce dip: Bragg’s liquid aminos+sesame seeds

DINNER:
-tofu cooked in tomato and miso broth
-lettuce
-avocado
-brown rice

I don’t always drink smoothies every morning, it just depends whether I feel like having a warm breakfast or a cold one. This was just an idea to let people know that you still can have sushi and you can still eat foods that you enjoy! it is so simple to vegan-ise anything that you can possibly imagine. It’s limitless. Sorry if this video turned out to be too short and weird. I didn’t have the time to film more or edit. but hope yall enjoyed this nevertheless.
