Dehydrating beets to make beets chips and beet powder. This worked really well and tastes amazing! Try it out and let me know what I should dehydrate next?

A quick note on beets, research suggests that beets increase oxygen flow through your veins which increases your stamina and can help you last longer working out in the gym. Try eating beets before your next workout!
