Black Fungus Salad is a light & healthy vegetarian option!
Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup Black Fungus / Wood ear fungus mushrooms

FOR DRESSING:
1/4 Cup Green onions
6-7 Garlic cloves minced
1 Red chili sliced (up to taste)
1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
3 Tablespoon Chinese vinegar
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon Sesame oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

PREPARATION:
1. Clean black fungus & keep aside.
2. Combine garlic, green onions, chili slices, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper.
3.In salad bowl, add Black fungus & salad dressing. Mix & add sesame oil. Mix & serve!
