Easy Vegan Macaroons



These healthy coconut macaroons are perfect for when you’re craving something sweet, but want to stick with your healthy eating goals! They’re gluten-free, vegan and sweetened only with pure maple syrup.

Ingredients:
▸ 1 cup unsweetened fine shredded/desiccated coconut (see note)
▸ 1/2 cup almond flour
▸ 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
▸ 3 Tablespoons melted coconut oil (be sure to measure it liquid)
▸ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
▸ 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
▸ 3–4 Tablespoons dairy-free chocolate chips + coconut oil, if needed
