INGREDIENTS LIST for 6 Servings
🌱 Low-Fat Custard
500 g (2.1 cups) plant-milk soy, almon, oats, rice
50 g (6.7 tbsp) cornstarch
65 g (5.2 tbsp) sugar
⅛ tsp turmeric
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ lemon peel

🌱 Full Fat Custard
350 g (1.5 cups) plant-milk soy, almond, oats, rice
150 g (0.6 cups) plant-cream soy cream, rice cream, coconut cream or coconut milk
50 g (6.7 tbsp) cornstarch
65 g (5.2 ) sugar
⅛ tsp turmeric
1 tsp vanilla extract

🌱 Coffee Custard
500 g (2.1 cups) plant milk soy, almond, rice, oat
80 g (6.5 tbsp) sugar
50 g (6.7 tbsp) cornstarch
2 tbsp instant coffee powder or ½ cup of espresso coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract

🌱 Pistachio Custard
500 g (2.1 cups) plant milk soy, almond, rice, oat
55 g (1.9 oz) pistachios unsalted
65 g (5 tbsp) sugar
30 g (4 tbsp) cornstarch

🌱 Chocolate Custard
500 g (2.1 cups) plant milk soy, almond, rice, oat
75 g (6 tbsp) sugar
40-50 g (5.5 tbsp) cornstarch
60 g (2.1 oz) dark chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract

These recipes are 100% plant-based (vegan), and so without milk, without butter, without cheese, without eggs, and without any animal-based products.
