There’s nothing quite like a refreshing smoothie to kickstart your day & it’s even better when it is bright and beautiful! It’s like eating pure sunshine in a bowl.
This easy mango smoothie bowl is a refreshing and healthy breakfast option that will make you feel like you’re on a tropical island! Top it with a few extra mango chunks, sliced Bananas some chia seeds and you have a tropical bowl of deliciousness.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 Ripe Banana
• 1 Mango
• 1/3 Cup/ 80 ml Coconut milk
• 2 Tbsp Pomegranate pearls ( optional)
• 1 Tsp Chia seeds
• A few Mango cubes & Banana slices for garnish

METHOD
• Peel & slice a ripe Banana in big pieces.
• Peel & cube the Mango in big chunks.
• Spread the fruits on a plate & freeze for 3-4 hours
• Once frozen transfer into a blender
• Add the coconut milk & blend until smooth.
• Scrape the sides of you need to.
• Pour in a serving dish
• Garnish with sliced Banana, Mango cubes & Pomegranate pearls.
• Sprinkle chia seeds & serve immediately.
TIPS
• You can use any milk of your choice instead of coconut milk.
• Use any frozen fruits to make your own combo.
• You can add Nuts & seeds to make it more wholesome.
• Chop & toss the fruits in the freezer at night & blend in the morning for a quick breakfast.
