Cashew sauce:
I added A LOT more lemon juice because I didn’t feel like it was tangy at all but yep (+ more seasoning)
Basil Pesto:
Replace the “1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan” with nutritional yeast!
Then for the Tomato/Nooch sauce:
Replace the basil in the pesto sauce with tomatoes!! Half fresh/Half sun-dried is best but you can do what I did in the video & it works just fine! (Or cook the tomatoes before putting them in)
*I also discovered it’s super good if you add a lot of lemon juice, garlic salt, and pepper & put it on pasta!!
