Purple Vegan Crab Rangoon #dough #vegan #handmade



This is my take on Vegan Crab Rangoon. When you use unblanched walnuts the resulting sour cream turns a purplish gray. And the color remains the same even after cooking. For me one of the stumbling points for becoming vegan is cheese. In these videos I am trying to explore and solve that issue. If you have suggestions or tips, please let me know below.
