In my experience as a Vegan Personal Trainer and Vegan Coach, I have seen that to love what you see in the mirror, you have to be crystal clear on these 3 things. Long term Vegan bodybuilding success, vegan fitness, vegan muscle building success, and achieving an amazing vegan body transformation, all rely on these three things.

‘why’. Why do you want to get in shape? Why do you want to go Vegan?
Do you want to get in shape because you’ve always dreamed of having an a,mazing 6 pack? Is it because you were bullied in school for being skinny? Is it because you want to love what you see in the mirror? Is it because you want more confidence?

Why do you want to go vegan? Is it for ethical reasons and you no longer want to contribute to animal cruelty? Is it because of the environment? Is it because of your health?

Knowing your why will keep you on track when you’re lacking motivation. Will power alone is not enough!

2. How will you do it?
How many times a week will you train? Where will you train, will you go to a gym or train at home? Will you do vegan calisthenics or vegan body building? What kind of vegan bodybuilding meals will you eat? Do you know what a vegan bodybuilding diet looks like?
Knowing HOW you will go vegan and get ripped is essential for long term success.

3. Who will you become?
