Who here loves kale? Not me 😛 I have struggled to incorporate this highly nutritious leaf in my diet for a while now.
But these chickpea kale omelette pancake, whatever you wanna call it, was a winner! I have done it! I have made kale edible for fussy eaters (like me!). Give it a go and let me know!
