Hi Beautiful People! Welcome back to a new video. As shared in my recent mid-week vlog, I had to pause my raw vegan journey due to my digestive health. This gave me an opportunity to truly listen to my body and do what is right for me. In this video I am sharing some of the meals I’ve been enjoying to help get things back on track as well as resources and information I’ve learned through research. I do not have chronic digestive issues as this has been a one-off experience and I am feeling much better now!
