I’m so happy to share this guide to shop for gluten free, soy free and vegan makeup, as I know how intimidating it can be to try a new makeup brand when you happen to have multiple food allergies. I was once stuck and didn’t wear makeup for months, as every single product I used to love had either soy or gluten.

Nuts are not typically present on makeup, as these allergies are extremely common people avoid using them, yet when it comes to gluten free makeup and soy free makeup navigating a store can be extremely difficult. The issue is that when you google brands, you hardly ever see any guides that show you clean makeup brands, gluten free makeup brands, soy free makeup brands that also happen to be vegan and cruelty free. In my case, I can’t compromised everything has to be allergy friendly. This is why from every visit I did to Sephora and Ulta, I took notes of brands I could safely try and now I’m happy I get to share this list and tips with you.

Also eczema and food allergies go hand in hand, so all the products I use are the ones I have found to be the best makeup for eczema skin, they don’t irritate me, neither do they cause dry patches.
