How to make gluten-free banana pancakes. Topped with fruit and nuts and using gluten free oats, they’re not quite savory pancakes, but they are pretty healthy. Made without flour milk or eggs. Simple recipe. You can also pour on maple syrup, but it’s full of sugar and makes them less healthy.
Recipe:
1 cup gluten-free oats
3/4 cup ground hazelnuts
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
2 large bananas
1 cup water
