Instructions:
1. Spaghetti- Put saucepan on stove with about 2-3cups of
water. Bring to the boil. Cook Spaghetti al-dente.
2. Un-sausage- Soak steel-cut oats overnight, Cook for 15 mins
and blend in a vita-mix or blender
3. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
4. Form into un-sausage and placed into a greased pan
5. Set oven at 350 and bake for 20 mins
6. Make pasta sauce- Sauté onion, garlic and sweet pepper in a small amount of water add organic crunchy tomato sauce bring to the boil.
7. Serve with a bed of spring mix and tomato.
