A vegan lifestyle can be heavily devoid of essential nutrients that are required for creating hormones, neurotransmitters and allow us to perform methylation. Methylation is essential for the transmission of life.

Glyphosate, the herbicide used to kill the bacteria that attacks plants, also damages the bacteria in our gut, hindering our ability to create neurotransmitters. Poor production leads to anxiety, depression and even psychosis, preventing the production of our neurotransmitters is detrimental to health.
