Welcome back to week three of our unprocessed food challenge (also known as a whole food plant based lifestyle). We’re Lauren & Brooks Bash, a plant-based couple living in LA. In an effort to be hyper aware of where our food comes from, and learn more about the current US food system, we have challenged ourselves to remove processed foods from our diet for 30 days.
