Ultimate Vegan Burger | Make Your Own Patties | High-protein Plant Based Recipes #foodshorts #beans



The Beany Bomb 🍔

Patty:
1 can butter beans (drained and rinsed)
1 vegan flax egg (3 tbsp flax meal + 2.5 tbsp water)
1 tbsp garam masala
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/3 cup oat flour
salt (as desired)

Toppings:
1 onion (for caramalised onions)
Cucumber ribbons
Lettuce
Yoghurt burger sauce

1. For the patty: mix all the ingredients together in a bowl either by hand or using a food processor.
2. Let the batter chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
3. Prepare your toppings and sauce.
4. Once patty batter is firm, shape into patties.
5. Fry in a pan until brown on both sides. Try and be generous with the amount of oil in the pan 🙂
6. Assemble the burger & enjoy xx
