Very Healthy Green Detox Smoothie
– 1 avocado
– 1 green apple
– 2 bananas
– 15 seedless green grapes
– 1 kiwi fruit
– 6-8 spinach leaves
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1/8 cup honey
– 1/4 cup yogurt
– 1 cup green tea
– Lots of ice

Yellow Sunshine Smoothie
– 1 golden melon
– 1 banana
– 1 orange
– 1 clementine or tangerine
– 1 cup pineapple chunks
– 1 cup apple juice
– 1/8 cup honey
– 1/4 cup greek yogurt
– Lots of ice
