4 Tips to Non-Slimy Oat Milk!

đŸ„›Creamy oat milk is key to a delicious vegan Chai. I’ve said this time and again.
So today I decided to share how I make my own oat milk at home but non-slimy. Please!
đŸ„›Before the tips, I just want to flag that you can’t get the EXACT texture of store-bought oat milk at home. Store-bought versions use stabilisers so the water does not separate from the milk. They use enzymes to break down the oats starches (that makes oats slimy). You can use digestive enzymes (amylase) if you want to.
đŸ„›BUT you can get pretty close. Just shake up the bottle before using it and you already solve the separation issue!
đŸ„›Use the leftover Oat pulp by adding to smoothies, or make cookies or granola with it!
