Green Juices & Green Smoothies



Blending and Juicing are great ways to add GREEN foods into your diet & a guarantee you will absorb the nutrients into your blood keeping you fit, healthy & glowing. ❄️I get mad when I hear doctors and nutritionists tell you not to drink them as food is there and we should just eat our food and NOT blend it. This is fine if you have no gut problems but around most of the population today has and are severally malnourished because they are eating bad foods as well as not absorbing their food because of terrible gut health. You can eat all the kale in the world but if your digestion is f***ed you won’t absorb it. Hello, juicing & blending it does the digestion for you. ❄️Now when I say juice, I don’t mean FRUIT. When you juice fruit you take away it’s fibre and all that is left are the sugars, which may raise your insulin & increase fat. ❄️We are talking GREENS – dark leafy ones are better BUT these can be quite harsh to drink alone so as a good start you can use lemon (always) and a fresh apple, kiwi etc. Just don’t over do the fruit, greens are the ultimate goal. ❄️So if you have a bad gut, autoimmune disease, IBS etc. I recommend you get some green juices or smoothies into your day. ❄️There is a difference between juicing and blending, which I share with you in my book but they are equally good in their different ways.
