INGREDIENTS:
Juice (makes 2):
3 small red beets, skin on and with greens
4 carrots, skin on
1 lemon, peeled
1 medium red apple with skin
4 celery stalks with leaves
1 cucumber with skin
1-2” ginger root with skin
Cocktail (makes 1):
2 TBS juice
2-4 TBS vodka
1-2 tsp maple syrup
1 cup club soda
splash of Prosecco
Serve over ice
