Healthy Energy balls (VEGAN) #shorts



Today’s video is a healthy energy balls recipe, super versatile, and delicious!

Recipe:
– 30-35 dates of your choice (I used Medjool and royal dates)
– 1 tsp cacao powder
– 1 cup almond
– 1/2 cup cashews
– 1/2 cup pecans
– Pinch of salt
– coconut flakes, cacao powder to roll the balls in.

NOTE: You can put any 2 cups of nuts or seeds you like, this is just what I had on hand.

Place everything in a food processor and process until smooth, stop and scrap does the sides if necessary and only if needed add a bit of water.
Roll into balls and cover with either cacao powder, coconut flakes, or anything else you like
