We have created our own Vegan Tropical Sweet & sour Cake. We have done some fundamental tweaks in the original recipe in terms of the ingredients. It stays good in the fridge for over 10days if it is able to last that long! We suspect this entire cake, once made by you, shall be polished off in one go.

Recipe
*Add 250g whole wheat flour.
*250g Caster sugar
*5g Baking powder
*5g Baking soda
*In a blender add 3 chopped bananas, 25g chopped oranges, vegan mylk 250ml, WhiteCub Unsalted Vegan Butter 80g.
*Blend and transfer this mix into dry mix.
*Transfer the cake batter into cake mould and bake it in an oven for 30minutes at 180°c.

*For Chocolate Ganache
*Add 80g dark dairy free dark chocolate, 100ml coconut cream and heat this mix till the chocolate melts.
*Transfer this mix, once it’s cooled, on the cake and make decorative pattern using either a formal equipment or the hack of a thread.
*Enjoy the Tropical Sweet & Sour Vegan Cake.
