APPLE CIDER VINEGAR FOR 5 DAYS & THIS HAPPEN

Creamy Spinach Pasta
-Bow tie pasta boiled
– 3 large handfuls of fresh spinach
1. SautƩ seasonings on MED 3min (red pepper flakes, garlic powder, pepper, Italian seasoning) with fresh garlic, sundried tomatoes, & fresh parsley in 1/2 olive oil 1/2 butter
2. Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream to boil (optional: add wine)
3. Add shaved or fresh Italian cheese…Parmesan works best
4. Simmer on low for 4-5 while whisking cheese into sauce
5. Set aside to pour over noodles and spinach

Homemade sundried tomatoes
āœØAdd to pastas, stuffed chicken, & salads

-1 carton of grape tomatoes, sliced in 1/3
-Drizzle with olive oil & season with coarse salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic, and Italian seasonings…add fresh herbs
-Cook in oven for 2 hours on 250degrees
ā€¢Refrigerate in mason jar up to 3months
